A SPACE FOR POETRY

"POETRY IS THE OPENING AND CLOSING OF A DOOR,
LEAVING THOSE WHO LOOK THROUGH TO GUESS
ABOUT WHAT IS SEEN DURING THE MOMENT."
-CARL SANDBURG

This project begins your exploration of form and space in architecture. An exercise in concept, you are expected to explore meaning, imagery and poetic structure with in the selected poems to create form and space. Using a limited number of pieces in specific applications, you will be asked to create a space for reading said poems.

Your online critics for the semester are below. They will be reviewing blogs regularly and commenting on your progress. It is imperative that you continue to post and grow throughout the semester.
